Attention: when updating from v1.0.0, please read instructions in zip first! Web interface update will not work

Tools

Raw data conversion tool

Used to convert the .dat files of the Uberlogger to CSV files. You can find this tool as .exe or Python file in the zip file of the corresponding firmware. Always use the converter-tool provided with the firmware, since they are not always backwards compatible. 

The Python script can also be found in the Configuration section of the Uberlogger under “Raw logging” option or in the firmware zip file.

FAQ

Please check that you have set the range and input type DIP switches and  that you set the corresponding settings under “Configuration”. If this does not match, you will get wrong values. If the problem still persists, please contact support.

If you have the sensors on the table in free air, it’s normal that the temperature values vary a little bit among sensors. A difference of a few 0.1 C you already have quickly.  However, as a check, you can put the sensors in a glass water. The temperatures should then be about the same. If not, please contact support.
